Are the notes good? Instead of attending the actual thing?

Personally I never went tsfx for psych so I can't really say whether it's worth it - however I do know it is quite expensive compared to other lecture providers..

I'd say go to Pathways Education lectures (run by Ross Down and the chief assessor Roger Edwards - they were really good!) and also don't miss Victoria Uni's free lectures for unit 3 and 4 which are both run by the Head Chief Assessor for Psych - Roger Edwards; this guy explains everything so well and the info and examples he mentions just sticks in your head haha :)

I went to the Unit 3 one and I found them really dry so I went to Connect for Unit 4 and there was a huge difference between the quality of the two lectures. I found the Connect one to be more engaging... videos were shown, questions were asked, and the notes were really comprehensive. Slumdawg (Adrian) also gave many good tips and what the VCAA usually assess in regards to a particular topic where as the Pathways one, the advice was very general and kind of obvious...

I have one advice for you... DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TSSM. (:

personally i'd go to the pathways one too, i went to it, and it was very comprehensive and informative, especially because it was run by the chief examiner!

Psych Connect Lecture will be in May for unit 3, I definitely recommend putting your name down on the mailing list to make sure you get updated when dates/tickets become available! Also people on the mailing list get extra offers/discounts. If you're going to the Age VCE expo then you'll be able to check out Connect. If you have any other questions about it, feel free to ask me :)
