Prediction- 2013

Hey guys :)

If someone could give me a prediction on the ATAR I will get in 2013, that would be wonderful.
Now I'm a very motivated student, I don't go to the best of schools but it is a private school and it's decent. At the moment I am doing Unit 3/4 Bio in year 11 & I'm also doing 1/2 Chem, 1/2 Physics. 1/2 Business management, 1/2 English & 1/2 Methods (CAS). At the moment I'm doing 1-2 hours of homework a night since the year only just began & I plan to study about 2-3 hours a night this year to try and aim for a 40+ in Bio. I also work about 6-10 hours a week & am also in a relationship & plan to start gym so I will really have to manage my time effectively. In year 12, I play to study 3-4 hours a night regularly and more when exams get closer.
So can anyone give me any predictions for an ATAR score. I am hoping for a 95+ if i knuckle down these two years.

Thanks in advance :D

Can't really base an atar prediction off how much you study. But it sounds like you're motivated to do well and if you maintain this attitude and put in the hard yards, 95+ is definitely possible! Good luck :)

I'm going to say 7.

Why? It's a lucky number, take what you can get.

It's not easy to predict your ATAR from how hard you work. If you were able to provide an indication of how well you were going, that'd be more helpful :)

2013 eh?

Look, I'm sorry that I have to be the one to tell you this but... that's not happening man.

On a more serious note (so enwiabe doesn't get mad at me :-[), it seems that you are quite motivated and are prepared to work hard. This is a great start towards achieving a high ATAR, BUT, you would will still need to be able to grasp concepts fairly easily and acquire a good understanding of the coursework in all of your subjects to score well.

To be able to predict an ATAR we would need to know how you have done in previous years (top of class, middle etc. grades: A+, A, B+ etc.). So if you're willing to supply this, we will be able to give you a more accurate estimate.

I'm near top of the class, with A's & A+'s in most things if I put some effort into it.
Though, these next two years I;m really going to put my head down and pull my finger out :)

The truth is you shouldn't look to others to predict your ATAR. Have confidence in your own ability and you will perform well, don't underestimate the power of positivity!
