By 27th Feb, VCAA requests that the majority of enrollment data be entered, but it isn't the final date for modifications.

On 30th April, "After this date, VASS will not allow schools to: enter or withdraw enrolments for VCE Units 3 and 4 sequences", so I guess that is the VCAA deadline.

Schools would probably be unwilling to enroll you into a subject that late though, for obvious reasons (catching up would probably be near impossible by March, let alone April).

You can still withdraw from Unit 4 stuff until sometime in July (but not enter into, since you have to to Unit 3 of a subject to do Unit 4).
