Has anyone come across any good statistical research on how much fat and muscle is lost under different cutting methods?
vce: english, methods, spesh, chemistry, physics, geography.

ex admin/mod/partner

"good " would be probably a sample of not many people id imagine!

But the bodybuilders method seems to be most effective way to cut!  Provided you have the time and dedication..

It's really not that hard to quantify..., but I believe that being raped once is not as bad as being raped five times, even if the one rape was by a gang of people.

Don't worry about statistical research, just get on dat der cutting diet.

the only studies i have found have cited HIIT to provide maximal WEIGHT loss, with no regards for the DISTRIBUTION of that weight loss. I maintain that low intensity cardio + minimal fat and as few carbohydrates throughout the day that you can manage on is the best way to burn fat WHILST conserving muscle
