Originally i thought it was a three article comparison sac

Got told today its Three analysis'. Lolwut? In a double period? (98minutes)

is that normal?

It's not normal but not unheard of either. My school for gave us two lengthy articles and a cartoon (which was ridiculously difficult) in about the same time as you.

We had one article and two letters to the editor. U___u It was horrible, I didn't even finish but my mark was good anyway so I'm glad. If you are good at it you can get at least 15/20 without finishing. ;)
