Is an Auto-immune Response the same as Auto-immune Disease?

I know what an Auto-immune Disease but what is an Auto-Immune Response?

No, that is a copied post from mavisgibbons, a different AN user. I'm pretty sure BabySpice didn't do bio in VCE, but has very extensive knowledge though Biomed
