Content limitations: how much control you have to limit what you attend to. In NWC, you have more content limitations than in ASC; this means that you have more control to limit what you attend to, so your intake is more restricted and limited to reality. In ASC, you have fewer content limitations or less control to limit what you attend to, so your intake is less restricted (aware of more than one thing) and not limited to reality (e.g. in daydreaming you may experience bizarre or unrealistic ideals or fantasies)

Perceptual distortions means that your perception is altered - it is no longer clear and rational. In alcohol-induced state, your perception is altered such that you may have double/blurred vision.

Cognitive distortions means that your thoughts are illogical and disorganized. In daydreaming you have cognitive distortions, since you cannot monitor the order of your daydreams.  :)
