Hey guys,

I was having a read through chapter 18 - The Chemical Industry: Risks and Rewards, and it looks kinda irrelevant (and boring :P), do they usually examine on this and to what parts of the chapter are relevant to the exam?

Cheers

Key take home points from that chapter are:
- Importance of yields and how to get them at an industrial level (ie. what is common and cost productive)
- Difference between batch and continuous processing (brief difference)
- Importance of safety and the MSDS

Do we need to memorise the 12 principles of green chemistry?
