Residential college

Does anyone know if any colleges near UoM offer a package where in terms of food, you get breakfast, but for lunch and dinner, allow you to cook your own food!? so u get a kitchen?!
there is no way i can survive living in college on the rations at college! only indian food will suffice! which i can cook so hence personal kitchen

College food is pretty good, I've eaten there several times and you definitely won't starve. If you're keen to eat Indian for cultural reasons or whatever, you can probably work that out with the college?

I know Medley Hall has a small kitchenette for students but I'm not sure on the deal with using it.

If you go to Monash you have Residential Halls which are pretty much self-catering, so you don't get food - but you get a kitchen!
