I think TAFE, and then uni, is a really underrated option. For example, getting into a diploma or advanced diploma at say, box hill institute often just requires an interview, and maybe a year 12 pass. Deakin University accepts diploma graduates straight from box hill into relevant bachelor degrees, and this even shortens the length of the degree.
