Super like-able people

For some reason there are just certain types of people that just seem very charismatic, but there is this one group that I just can't tell why so many other people are naturally attracted to them.
The ones I'm talking about have attributes such as:
-Talking little, but enough so they don't seem socially retarded.
-Smile most of the time
-Do not have any radical views (or do not have any, period).
And do not express any kind of strong emotions.
Yeah actually after writing this I kinda realized why.
I'm not saying that everyone likes these kinds of people but from personal experience they just attract quite a considerable following and was wondering if anyone else has found that they are just attractive people.

I know the sort of people you're describing... A lot of them can't be bothered getting involved in any political or religious debate because they are too "chill" for that. Instead, they only talk about music, work and gossip.

Disafear - thanks!!

Perhaps because people who talk relatively little are thought to be more...introspective, serene and thoughtful?
Smile most of the time - either bubbliness or a serene happiness.
Do not have any radical views (or do not have any, period) - I'd disagree with the latter; radical views yes, but I'd only agree with that bit because it could come across as them not being amenable to argument or reason, whereas the latter I'd say it's good to have a view. Because you could have a good discussion with the person about that - so long as the person were reasonable and thoughtful, rather than unreasonable.

And do not express any kind of strong emotions.

Maybe because this steers away from the norm, and this "rebelliousness" of sorts attracts people's attention, because they are different.

A lot of these people just strike me a genuine and honest, people you can trust even if you don't know them too well :)

They don't express strong emotions very often - that is a sign of emotional strength and stamina, being able to keep your head in stressful situations. That is definitely an attractive feature.

However, 'very often' I would say, not 'never.' I'd be more inclined to like them more if they did let it out sometimes; shows that they're human with raw emotion as well, and it's a sign that they trust you.

They seem extremely calm all the time, and I guess I become instantly intrigued. Like, what can I do to piss this person off, because I have this pseudo-psychological  theory that these kinds of people are mostly perfectionists that are constantly troubled with high expectations and refrain from doing anything that may seem like a risk, because another thing I have noticed is that none of these kinds of people are ever impulsive.
And the chill ones that all about music and that philosophical blah are not included in this category of people that I have observed, but that's just me, I think the everyone is disturbed in some way or another.

And then there are the ones who try too hard to be noticed.
