Hi there!

The prompt is: Our way of perceving the world is changed by conflict.

I'm stuggling to come up with ideas and examples that would link to this prompt. Any suggestions? Thank you!

What is your text?

You could look at the idea that the way we see the world is shaped through experience so if we have experienced conflict, it may alter how we see things.

Explore the different types of conflict. Mental conflict, Physical conflict, Conflict with oneself/rules of society. After experiencing one of these different types, you can show how your view to an issue has changed, how your thought processes and behaviour of you/others has shifted.

Think of 21st century western world,
before 9/11, was there a major fear of terrorism from the middle east? i would say the conflict of 9/11 and following war exacerbated it and therefore altered how this aspect of our world is perceived
