Issues accessing vtac?

does anyone else have issues with it when using mozilla? I can't get onto the forms to edit them (they just come up with about 10 lines of gibberish)
I'm trying explorer right now but its super laggy -.-

Is there anyone who's tech savvy can help?

There was some form of Java test page upon registering. What did that page say / how did that page appear? Is your java updated?
