Refinement and Mockups - whats the difference?

Just wondering what is the difference between the refinement stage, and mock ups?

Well in refinement you are just tweaking your chosen design in whatever areas like colour, size and all of the final details but mock up is when you have your final design and you present it as such and you evaluate and change minor details until it is perfect but you have to print your mock ups like you would print a final so you can make the right choice. (Damn, I wish I was up to mock up!!)
