Hmm, they'd published the 2012 exam timetable by December 12 last year (that's just the day I checked it, so it could have been up even earlier).

I don't know why the 2013 one isn't up yet...

What they do have up atm is the exam periods http://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/Pages/vce/exams/future_exams.aspx

Written exams start on 30th October, so that'd most likely be the date of the English exam.

Also the GAT is on 12th June.
