vice-chancellor's access monash scholars program

Hey guys,
 I got an offer from Monash to join the Vice-chancellor's access monash scholar's program. I was just wondering if someone can explain to me what it is and what the benefits are. On the flyer it simply said "In addition to a $1000 bursary, you will have access to a range of special activities and opportunities to support your Monash experience throughout 2013."

Also, I'm aware that I might be offered an interview for MBBS through this program "based on a lower UMAT requirement." Does anyone know what the minimum UMAT score is? (I did really badly in the UMAT)
