Ok, so I'm living in Germany now and my school said they sent my results package as well as my actual certificate. Apparently they sent it out "before the school closed, which is 21/12 by regular mail". But well I still don't have anything. I don't think its just taking so long, because I got mail from friends, within a week after they send it. Is there anything else I can do, if maybe the post messed up? Like ask vcaa to make another certificate?

Or you can ask your school again?
I sent my documents to my agency in Mel and they got it after 3 days but the fee is like ~$50

I'm not what the mailing system is like in Germany, but I know that in Italy it is incredibly dodgy. Perhaps ask your school how they sent your certificate (whether it was insured/protected/express post/air mail etc.) because if little was done by your school to ensure it's arrival it might be lost. It might be the case, since the school may not have been willing to spend a fortune to ensure your certificate's arrival. Another alternative is that it is still on its way. Personally, I've had mail that has taken six weeks to finally arrive at its final destination.
