Hi,

Just wondering if it is advised to write with pen or pencil in chemistry SACs for 3/4?

Thanks  :)

Hmm... I'm not sure about SACs, but you are asked to use a blue or black pen in the exam. I remember reading somewhere in a Biology assessment report that in one year many students wrote in pencil - they weren't penalised but it just made it more difficult for the assessors to read their answers. It's probably best to ask your teacher and see what they prefer. :)

Yeah I was thinking of asking my teacher about the pen thing in SACs & was also aware that we had to use pen in the exam. I suppose whether you use pen/pencil in SACs varies from school to school and probs depends upon the leniency of the teacher. Hopefully my teacher doesn't mind pencil for the 1st SAC at least!!  :P
