I think aesthetics has been gained at the expense of functionality and accessibility.

True dat, the old Admin Tab is much more easier to use with all the subheadings all on one page.

I find it easier and more satisfying to use than the old one, but all the important stuff (most of the Admin services page) is still offline (until tomorrow, I think?).

Can't wait until it's fully up and running. Looks better than the old one, although I bet it will receive complaints.

There are still way we can improve it further.

They are planning on making a student portal mobile app this year as well.

Do you guys know if we'll still be able to access the Admin section of the portal i.e. https://sis.unimelb.edu.au/adminonline.html after the new portal system comes in?? I like having everything on one page

Idk it feels slightly too cluttered.  There are ways to make properly functional and likeable portals without putting like, instagram on it.
