Appreciate it, but am I to understand that timetables are released after preference entry closes, or after allocation adjustment closes?

Or something else entirely?

After allocation adjustment  opens... you need to give the computer/system time to sort through everyone's preferences between preference entry closing and allocation adjustment opening.
