Hello  :)

Would you recommend mentioning the intended audience of the writer in the introduction or in the conclusion? Thanks.

I've always been taught to include the target audience in your introduction!
Then again, there could be different ways of approaching this, so I'm gonna let someone more experienced answer your query  :)

In each body paragraph basically. Since you need to write about the effect on the target audience.

Introduction, conclusion and at least one direct mention of target audience through piece.
