Does anyone know when do we register into classes for semester 2

All classes open at about 10am on July 1st
A select few are already open for registration, for some strange reason, so it might be worth checking that out on the Portal.

Does anyone know how to change subjects that you enrolled at the start of the year?

You basically just withdraw from the subject. Login  >  Go to Admin Options > My enrollment > Withdraw from subject.

Just tick what you want to withdraw from and it'll come off your study plan so you can add different subjects
