I was just wondering what was the best way to revise for the English exam, would it be by writing full essays  or writing paragraphs , for all three pieces, because for sac revision i never wrote full essays for preparation just a lot of body paragraphs and intros.

My teacher (a current assessor) suggested, quote:

"By a week out from the English exam, you should know your text inside out, and recite it in your sleep".

As for that, basically conquering each descriptor in relation to your text.

And for writing, this is something I want to question as well. My teacher suggested its better to write out an introduction, and then plan the rest of the essay, and constantly do that for different topics, rather than writing out all essays. Not sure if thats advised by some past-students on here or not.
