Exam 1: 24/40
Exam 2: 48/80
Sacs: 65%
Rank: 7/16

Would I be able to get a 30 with these scores?

Exam 1 - 36/40
Exam 2 - 65/80

1st in SACS in a reasonably strong cohort, (just did bad in exam :( )

It does matter, given that his exam score doesn't necessarily reflect his position within the cohort.
