Yes, it's accurate. Some people may not publish their results though...

2018: Doctor of Medicine (Withdrawn)
2019: Bachelor of Commerce (Actuarial Studies?)

I chose not to. The reason is that I don't mind telling people my scores, but it has to come from me. I really hate stickybeaks that don't even have the courtesy to come to me first.

this happened to me and I have no idea how -.-

when I got my results I told one person in the morning who I trust would never have told anyone. And yet this other guy in my year level (doesn't even know the person I told first) had already gone around and told some of my friends my ATAR -.-

I chose not to to both study scores and VTAC offer because I want my privacy :)
