I'm pretty sure those are all seas applicants. Do you have seas?
This was also my understanding.

The clearly in ATAR is the lowest ATAR of any student accepted into the course that does not have SEAS and was not subject to selection based on middle band criteria.

All x% of students that are excepted into the course with an ATAR below that of the clearly in have an added increment from their accepted SEAS application or middle band subjects to bring their "adjusted ATAR" to a value equal or above that of the student with the lowest accepted ATAR (the clearly in value).

Additionally, here is an example from the Monash University website which indicates the effect SEAS can have on your ATAR.

pretty sure you can't apply for SEAS anymore but i could be wrong

That is correct, unfortunately the cutoff date for SEAS applications was the 8th of October.

With every scholarship info link there should be a 'howto apply' section there.
Ah thanks. I will look into it :)

Thanks too ! I have a better understanding into this now. And thanks for the link, it is quite fun clicking around. :)

I thought the clearly-in ATAR was the lowest ATAR of any student accepted into the course who was not subject to middle-band selection.

Ah yep I had forgotten about selection based on middle band criteria. Students subject to this process would also fit in this category, alongside those with SEAS, I believe.
