Random question - but is the PS4 actually much different to the PS3? The jumps between PS1/PS2 and PS2/PS3 were massive, but I haven't read much to suggest that the PS4 is a whole lot different :)

Hardware-wise, yes. Currently it is early days for the PS4 and nothing really exemplifies the true potential of the gaming system. Give it until late 2014 when games like The Division, Watch Dogs, Dying Light etc. are out and we'll be able to judge if the PS4 is revolutionary with regards to graphics. When the PS3 came out it was a pretty similar story.
