Hi, I'm in year 10 doing Maths Methods 1 and 2, and i was wondering if i finished Maths Methods 3 and 4 next year and chose another subject in year 12, does my atar score get marked up? And if so, by how much?

Don't quite get what you mean by 'marked up?'
Your ATAR is based around your Primary 4 (top 4 subjects including English) as well as your bottom 2 (10% increments).
Assuming you finish Methods and rather than having five subjects in Year 12 you'll be doing a six subject Year 12 VCE giving you 7 subjects altogether. Since only your ATAR is calculated using your Top 6 subjects (including English), one of those subjects won't count towards your ATAR (essentially no effect to your ATAR).

This is just assuming you end up completing more than 6 subjects for VCE..
