Top Design and Copyright

Hey Guys, I just had a query about the Top Design exhibition that's held each year at the Melbourne Museum. I was wondering whether you need to reference a source for all the pictures used In the folio even If its only used as research. If so, does that mean that for ever picture that I'd found on the internet needs to be accompanied by the website that I got it from? and does the website need to be written in next to the picture along with the annotations?

I was reading the Top Design Guidelines and wasn't clear where the source needs to be indicated. I went to this years Top Design Exhibition and in the folios I looked at, I didn't notice any indication of where the pictures were taken/downloaded from.

Hope someone can clear things up for me.

Thanks Guys :D

Yeah, i believe that you have to put down every source. They don't have to be put directly beside the image, as long as it's clear which image it's referring to.
Hope this helps.
Look forward to seeing our folios side by side in Top Designs next year!! ;)

I usually put it beside the image, but you can also do like, (1) next to the first image, and then at the end, a bibliography, kinda, putting the url for image (1) first on the bibliography, if that makes sense?

Also, man, it's so annoying that you have to do individual websites. >.< I got a stack of images of architecture by Antonio Gaudi and instead of just putting the designers name, bloody urls everywhere.
