so say if i submitted my application and got my report and stuff how likely is it that they change the score of what i got?say from a B+ to A

they wouldn't change your score for no apparent reason.Try bribing some high ranking officials from vcaa and maybe your B+ will now be an A.

They won't change your score just b/c you've requested a SoM (if that's the 'report' you're talking about).

first, inspect your exam with an accounting teacher and see if they did do any errors at all.
