Help! Not sure about how to about the UMAT!

I'm going to be doing the UMAT in 2015. I was wondering how do I prepare for it? I was going to buy MedEntry but some people are saying that it's not worth it. If that's the case, what can I use that is of substantial benefit?? Also, if I find any resources, how much time should I dedicate to practising, say each day?

Any help would be appreciated!
