Spoiler
But seriously, the best thing to do in my humble opinion is to treat it just like any other day. Don't go by things any differently than you would have if it was a standard day when you had to be up by a certain time. (And yes, for my 2pm langauge exam, that meant going to bed quite late.) Anyone telling you you have to do things any differently than you otherwise would probably isn't worth listening to.

would it be good to study / do some quick multiple choice exams (math subject) 24 hours before the actual exam?

Always have a laugh with friends whilst you're waiting for the exam. Get a bit silly, tell a couple of jokes, jump around a bit. Nervousness and excitement are physiologically quite similar, so if you play around a bit you'll trick your brain into believe that it's excited and not nervous. That way, you go into the exam with a smile, and will walk out with one too :)

The night before - some light study. This could be going over the priority points (some of which you still may not be sure about), doing some further practice questions or simply going over key topics.

Obviously I don't recommend staying up too late, but i'd try and fit in at least 7 hours of sleep at the minimum.

On the day, don't do much. I'm personally against any study on the day of an exam. Have a good sleep, a good breakfast and make sure you're energised for the exam. You need to be confident in yourself that you've retained the knowledge that you've learnt throughout the year and apply it when you enter. You will most likely work yourself up if you start studying your notes on the day. This will lead to doubts and worry, and these don't help anyone hours before an exam.

Best of luck all Year 12's (and other students doing 3/4 exams!) :)

I left this open last night so everyone could distract themselves with some silliness, but it's pointless now so I'm locking it.
