i pulled one of the deadly mistakes of intending to cram all my further maths studies in 2 days. and now ive acknowledged that further maths was definitely one of the more difficult topics out of the 4 i am currently studying. Ive just completed by english exam today and im sure i achieved a C - B standard work, with my maths exam this friday i dont think im able to cram all the work required for it. therefore im certain i will fail or achieve a very low score. I've been working on past exam papers and im completely clueless about 75% of the material in it. I currently study 4 subjects which as english, further maths, accounting and business management. Maths in general is my worst subject, as ive failed a sac and obtained marks around the 50%-68% section.

My question is how badly will this affect my study score and im assuming i can just obtain a mark around E-D or C if im lucky but i highly doubt it.  My other 2 subjects, business im averaging around around the 70-85% section. And accounting averaging around 65-80 with an unlucky sac of 50%.

Also how badly will this affect my atar score and my study score overall as im afraid this maths exam will definitely affect my atar considering im doing only 4 subjects. Thanks

Can I make a recommendation?

Go through what you don't know, and you'll honestly find that once you review it from notes or your textbook, it'll just click.

If you're really struggling, focus primarily on the core + if possible one more module. That way you can get through exam 1. Exam 2, use those 2 days to go crazy with exams. If you're really in such a circumstance, I'd do this. In fact, I did that, because I really ran out of time to prepare for Further last year.

Good luck & I hope it all works out!

It will affect your ATAR greatly if you're only doing 4 subjects - but as Yacoubb has said, you STILL have time to come back. You have a whole day left to ensure you can nail core, and that's one third of exam 1 done. If you can learn another module, that's more than 50% of the exam nailed, and I'm sure you can still do fairly well on your other two modules (or at least make some nice educated guesses. ;) ).

You then have the whole weekend to learn your other two modules AND crank out some practice exams. Remember, exam 1 is multiple-choice - you can make guesses, which means that you have another two days to learn how to do the short answer questions for exam 1!

If you do do so bad that further destroys your ATAR and you can't get into your course, we can help you find a way to get in - but for now, just do your best to crank out some solid revision and exams to see if you can't turn it around here and now!

Thanks guys :) im currently doing that as i speak haha.
i also have another question. My 2nd option  if my ATAR score is really bad. is a different pathway.
is it possible to get a study store of 20 for english with the marks i just stated ? as i have looked into pathways into my desired course. the prerequisite in a minimum of 20 study score in eng, the course is a associates degree in business at RMIT . is it possible for me to get into that course with the huge affect on my ATAR? Thanks. sorry as i dont know much about how university prerequisites work :)
