is it hard to transfer from psychology in RMIT to psychology in monash?

hi, i didnt meet the atar requirements to get into psychology (honours) in monash so i have decided to get into rmit first and plans to transfer to monash after a year. how hard is it to do so? is it possible? please help thank you
