So i received an atar of 81.8, which is 4 marks below my desired course which is a bachelor of Environments at the UoM. However because i have SEAS (For a permanent hearing disability and going to an underrepresented school) i was wondering if it is still possible that i will get in my course through the benefits of Access UoM?

Very helpful. The ACCESS MELBOURNE score for 2015 is only 78.

The 78 guarantee is only if you're from a rural area or disadvantaged financial background, so it may not apply here.  This is from the website:

Quote
The University guarantees admission to eligible applicants in these Access Melbourne categories:

Disadvantaged financial background
Applicants from rural or isolated areas

I personally don't have any idea how much access will help you, but it may not be quite as much as the 78 guaranteed entry.
