Does rank 1 always give you a chance for a 50?

I know this question has probably been asked countless times before. But if you were ranked 1 in a subject, with sac marks of say 50%, and someone else was ranked one at their school with 100% sacs, and you got the 31st same exam and gat scores, would you actually get the same study score?
I know hypothetically you should, but is this actually what happens or has happened to people on here?

Edit: realized the topic didn't relate ahah. So if you were rank 1 with like 20% sacs,  and then aced the exam, would you really get a 50? Could your sacs scale up that much?

Yes. Given that you ace the exam, then it'd be assumed that the SACs were just horrendously difficult relative to other schools and so they'd scale up. Get rank 1 haha

Exactly. Rank 1 means a big deal as it means your score won't be affected by anyone else's. Do well in the exam and you'll get a good SAC score, regardless what 'mark' you got in the SACs.
