What are the features of language, need to use some examples and how they reflect the register of a text

think about it, it does depend on the text you are studying.

Reflect the register of the text is quite a superficial question, think deeper, how does it do so? in spoken mode why do we use contractions? what about "like", or even pause fillers?

It really depends on the given text.. however you can distinctively analyse the features when you first determine (if not already stated in the appendix) if the text is written or spoken.
