How hard it is to get a study score of 40? I only got B for my unit 3 folio

I'm not experienced with study score calculation and all that, but letter grades aren't relevant as they vary between schools. That is your raw score anyway and subject to moderation by VCAA. This can be a good or bad thing, if your teacher marks harshly and you (and your cohort presumably) smash the exam it will go up and vice versa.

It's quite hard to accurately predict study scores, but it's worth having a chat with your teacher in regards to how your schools cohorts have fared in the past, your ranking in the class etc. which can all help you with seeing how you're going.
