Covert racism in modern media? What is your viewpoint?

See the attached image. I was reading the paper just over a week ago and I came across this title from Andrew Bolt:

'Our safety must be the top priority'

I feel that the use of the personal pronoun 'our' reinforces a sense of social exclusion of Syrian refugees, and after reading the remainder of the article, it turns out that Andrew Bolt isn't really for refugees.

I feel this is somewhat covertly racist - so what do you think?
