I lost my oral exam sheet!

I don't how I did it, but I lost my sheet telling me what time I have my oral exam that's coming up in less than a week. Yes, it was a stupid thing to do, but if anyone has been in my situation or if anyone could help me get my exam form back, it would mean the world to me right now.

I would talk to your teacher via e-mail or in person where possible. Otherwise your VCE coordinator (or equivalent person/ people of relative importance) should have another copy.
