I think UMELB is ranked no.1 in australia
Actually ANU, because they're a research based university.

UniMelb is probably the top for undergrad.

ANU is not in NSW. it's in the ACT, i don't think it's underrated
ACU is ranked 31st in australia

They moved many degrees to graduate-entry, eg. med, dent, law, engineering, etc. Essentially following the system they have in America.
