Cut-off entry to PHYS20009

I want to take Research-Based Physiology but it's a quota restricted subject. I know they base selection on academic merit, so what kind of WAM would they accept? Can a 70 WAM get you in?
2014: VCE
2015: B. Science (idk major)

Pretty sure that will get you in.
I know a few in my year who had ~60s and still got in - they often don't fill up the spots for PHYS20009.
