1. Convert the angles given to degrees only or radians.
2. Use trigonometric formulas to find h and x in one equation (use tan formula).
One of the equations is: h=x*tan(angle1) and h= (x+38) * tan(angle2). 
3. Equate them and solve for h so:
x*tan(angle1)= (x+38) *tan(angle2)  Bring the x's to one side (x+38)/x and divide tan(angle1)/tan(angle2)  and solve for x.
4. Sub in the value of x you got before, and use it to find h.
