I am stuck on how to answer themes and challenges question where it states the effectivesness of "the law in encouraging cooperation and resolving conflict" in the family context. Which areas of the Family Law syllabus should i tackle?

I was thinking about child neglect, serparation and adoption.

Hi Jaiezou,
those are very good areas of the syllabus you have found especially in regards to separation and custody of children. I would highly recommend mixing the themes and challenges like this one with the contemporary issues as they are more deep in context. That's what I've done in my notes.
Any other opinions?
