Long term memory question

Hi, I'm stuck on a question in one of the learning activties in the Jacaranda Pyschology 3/4 textbook (LA 6.12). It asks to name the most likely LTM type/s (explicit or implicit) and the relevant subtype/s for the activity. The activity I'm stuck on is "Texting a phone message". Is this just asking for the action and therefore it would involve explicit procedural memory? Or is there more including any thought processing with the text. Thanks!

Hey there! That's a really good question, I had to think about that one too. You could classify it as either; procedural/implicit due to you not having to consciously thinking about the action of tapping the letters on the phone. Or either as explicit/declarative due to the actual content in the message.
