Of course you can get an 80+ ATAR. It just depends on how well you fare in the final exam.

Trial marks are probably more useful than your overall internal mark

Ditto with Rui, if you work hard and do as well in the exams as you know you can do, then getting above 80 is a very reasonable expectation!
