Subject: Mathematical Methods Units 1 & 2
Hi, my name is Rangith and I finished Year 12 this year. I studied Mathematical Methods, Physics, Chemistry, English and Italian for year 12.
A bit about myself… I love to draw, play games, watch movies (lots!), try different country’s cuisines and last but not least sit in front of my laptop although I may not be doing anything (I don’t know why :/)
Maths has always been a subject which I understood well. However please don’t think I’m one of those naturally gifted students because I am rather hard-working than intelligent. Some of you students may think maths is very hard and it is impossible to grasp the concepts in it but let me assure you maths is not as hard as you might be imagining it to be. To succeed in maths one must be able to BUILD INTEREST in, UNDERSTAND and PRACTICE the concepts enclosed within the subject. Throughout years 11 and 12 I have found many short-cuts, many easier methods and faster methods in answering particular questions so do not hesitate to come to me for tuition because I promise you that you will not regret it. Also I will provide my own notes (detailed and comprehensible) and homework. In term of resources, I have collected all the worksheets, tests and exams I obtained since Year 11 so you guys are rest-assured for the ‘PRACTICE’ bit in maths. My teaching style will definitely ensure you ‘BUILD INTEREST in’ the subject and with those two the ‘UNDERSTAND’ part comes naturally!!
