Science camp is pretty close to filling up as it is

They were handing out forms for it last Thursday, but if you didn't get them then you can probably check out the Facebook event, or just google it

Ask a friend to pick up a ticket for you, they don't even have to go to melb uni!

With camps etc I wonder why there's no dry events, there's tons of religious ppl on campus and there would be many students who didn't grow up with that level of drinking culture  :o International students from conservative countries etc

each camp is different I guess, some more crazier than others.
basically all involve a lot of drinking (not forced, but encouraged) and partying (and the stuff that happens behind the scene at parties, if you know what i mean).
subject camps, in my experience, are better than club camps in the sense that you are more likely to make friends who you see throughout the year in your course or at uni. club camps, like the aa one, generally have people from different unis  and different years all mixed, which you may prefer.
the rumours of sexual assault are the same which apply to any party really...i wouldn't worry too much about it unless you are really strict or religious.
one thing i would suggest though, if you are keen make sure you line up for tickets really early as spots are limited and many miss out.
