Cafés. Where are the best ones?

So, I love cafés. Especially for buying hot chocolates in the middle of winter.
I want to know where y'all think the best cafés are at.

My fave ones are:
- Parkside Café- 369 Royal Parade, Parkville (next door to Monash Uni, Parkville)
- Lindt Chocolate Café- Southgate- the hot choc is to die for tbh <3

Thought this said 'bars' and I started to type out something completely different before I remembered that I'm on ATAR Notes and decided to reread the thread

For cafés, however, I'd have to say Brother Baba Budan at 359 Little Bourke Street. Best coffee I've ever had, and their cakes look delicious too.
