I also have a tendency to use the Spanish word ๓rale, which is amazingly flexible. It can be used as an expression of excitement or an expression of frustration.

This sounds really useful if you're unsure if you're being told good news or bad news (e.g. 'we're pregnant!')

It's most useful in crowds when people are walking four abreast and you want to express your frustration but also don't want to be murdered

-'whatever floats your boat'
-'it takes two to tango'
-'Are you okay?'
-'I'm fine/I'm okay
and a few more that I can't think off the top of my head :)
